coffee machine complimentary mini bar mouldy silicone split worktops
The room included a coffee machine. It also featured a complimentary mini bar (I especially liked this touch).
I noticed some mouldy silicone in the shower. Some worktops around the sink were also split (a relatively minor issue).

fantastic experience!

beautiful room creamy mash high standard kitchen staff
i came for a wedding reception, staying in a beautiful room and i ate fantastic braised ox cheek with creamy mash, carrots and parsnips. the ox cheek melted in my mouth! the kitchen staff maintained high standards from the first plate to the last. if you have a chance to eat here, don't miss out.
I was disappointed when i went down to get dinner because i was ignored. i waited 15 minutes in the bar, trying to get someone's attention. Turtle bay solved the hunger issue! the tv changed channels randomly, too.

a romantic escape..

immaculate room warm vibe
I was so happy with our boutique double room! it was immaculate and had such a warm, cute feel to it. the staff gave extra time to ensure our breakfast was unhurried. we checked out later. It felt so special.
The room was very dark. I felt sad. i think it needs a freshening up. The carpet even had some stains and walls were scuffed.
